offers complete pumping solutions, validating applications and placing
all its experience, laboratories and engineers at our customers' disposal.
THE ESCO ADVANTAGE
A new standard in self-priming trash pumps is now available to the
world. Esco's series LP and HP line of self-priming pumps are the
result of innovation transformed into state-of -the-art pump technology.
The Esco's series of pumps are designed for economical, trouble-free
operation of solids handling liquids.
Throw away those time consuming and difficult-to-use shims. Compensation
for wear plate and impeller wear is finally available through a
shimless external adjustment system; thus, optimizing pump efficiency
while extending the life of both impeller and wear plate.
Available in sizes 2"-12" (LP) and 3" - 6"
(HP), all models operate over a range of speeds achieving various
operating requirements or specific duty points for the markets of
water and wastewater, pulp and paper, food and beverage, steel,
contractor dewatering and many others.

Esco's in-house foundry produces the highest
quality of precision castings for guaranteed optimal performance,
the LP and HP are available in a variety of metallurgies to meet
your specific application.
In order to verify that each pump meets
our exacting criteria, every pump is tested to ISO2548. ESCO guarantees
that every pump will provide the quality and reliability that has
made ESCO a leader in pump technology.

AUTOMATIC SELF-PRIMING
The main feature of the LP and HP pumps are their ability to reprime
automatically in a open system without the need for a suction check
valve. This is achieved through the large volute design.

Cleaning and Inspection
without disconnecting the pipework (back - pull - out)
Another advantage of the ESCO pump is that
(cleaning and clearing) are simple tasks, as are inspection and substitution
of the impeller and seal, when necessary.
The L and H pumps were especially designed for
quick cleaning before returning to operation.
Even during preventive maintenance, internal
inspection can be carried out quickly and safely. To do this, all
that has to be done is to unscrew and lift the handels of the inspection
cover, and then perform the cleaning operation, without removing
the casing nor disconnecting the pipework. |
